Insofar as usage or traffic data are required for our services, these data will be stored for a maximum of six months after collection of the data. If the data is required to fulfil existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (such as invoices), the relevant information will be stored beyond this period. Newsletter data

The Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) can be used, among other things, for organising and analysing the distribution of newsletters. The data you provide when subscribing to our newsletter will be stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG.
If you wish to receive our newsletter, we require from you a valid email address or phone number (for receiving text messages) as well as additional information that allows us to verify that you are in fact the owner of the email address or phone number provided and that you agree to receive this newsletter. Additional data are not collected or only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use these data to send the requested information and will not pass them on to third parties.
The data you provide in order to subscribe to our newsletter will be stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG.

Any data you entered on the news letter contact form will be processed strictly on the basis of your consent in terms of Art. 6.1 (a) of the GDPR. You can revoke consent to the storage of your data and e-mail address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. through the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. Distributing newsletters via the WBS allows us to establish, whether a newsletter/message was opened and which links you clicked.
The WBS also allows us to classify newsletter recipients by different categories (so-called tagging). DISQUS - comment platform

The comments function, e.g. for blog posts on this site, uses the DISQUS platform. DISQUS is an online platform for sharing public comments, where users can log in and create profiles in order to participate in conversations with peers and enjoy an interactive experience.
When writing comments to blog posts and creating a profile for this purpose, you will be using DISQUS. This means that your profile data and IP address will be transferred to that company and stored on their servers in the United States. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. You can avoid this by not creating a user profile on DISQUS.

Google Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this website uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter referred to as "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) have been entered by a human or by an automated programme.
